Brandon P. Florian

Brandon is a Southern California native, who was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He has lived in various parts of LA and Ventura County, from Camarillo to Redondo Beach and other places in between.
Brandon graduated from UCLA as an aerospace engineer and also has a MBA from Pepperdine. He received his Real Estate license in 2005 but committed himself to a 17-year career working in the Southern California aerospace and defense industry. During that time, he worked for large defense contractors in both engineering and business development roles.
During the pandemic and after the birth of his first child, Brandon decided that he wanted to focus on family and make a change that provided more independence, which lead to his decision to exit the aerospace & defense industry and enter the real estate business. Brandon comes from real estate pedigree, since his mother, Monica Florian, is a top producer and highly recognized agent at Coldwell Banker serving the Porter Ranch community for over 20 years. Since 2020, Brandon has been working as her assistant through multiple transactions, which has given him invaluable training on how to deal with the many challenges that can arise. His professional background and experience in finance, strategy, data analysis, and engineering allow Brandon to bring a unique perspective to real estate and its nuances.
In his free time, his hobbies include martial arts and CrossFit. He has been practicing martial arts for over 30 years and holds a 4th dan black belt in Hapkido. He has been a local business owner since 2012 as one of the co-founders and head instructors at Evolution Martial Arts & Fitness, one of the largest martial arts school in the valley, located in Chatsworth.
He and his wife have one son and are currently expecting a daughter.
